The concept of 50 + 15 System is very similar to the popular time management technique called Pomodoro. But with a couple of differences that make it 2x better.


What is the Pomodoro Technique?

    It's when you break down work into intervals.

  • 1. Work/Code for 25 minutes
  • 2. Rest for 5 minutes
  • 3. Repeat until exhausted

I've tried it. And at most, I could do 4 hours of deep work in a day.

It's not a bad result. But I always felt that I could do more. There was more locked inside me.

And it was true.

After applying the 50 + 15 System, I can perform 6-8 hours of deep work/learning every day.

And you could too.

MY PRODUCTIVITY SYSTEM

Nothing complex. Doesn't take up much time. And gives you so much in return. Here it is.

    🔴 50 + 15 System:
  • 1. Remove all distractions (Turn off notifications and clean your desc)
  • 2. Pick one important task
  • 3. Set timer for 50 minutes
  • 4. Work on this task until the timer rings
  • 5. Set timer for 15 minutes
  • 6. Go to a "natural" break
    On a break, you shouldn't scroll Facebook or do some random stuff. You should:
    •      â€¢ Get hydrated.
    •      â€¢ Move your body A simple stretch or push-ups.
    •      â€¢ Step outside. Breathe in the fresh air.
  • 7. Once your break timer expires, repeat the cycle

Now I can do more tasks in 3 days than I could do in a 5.

You can steal it from me.

And get double the work done in half the time.

But you must apply each step exactly as it's written. If it says "Clean your desc", you must clean it. No excuses.
